bowling on monday:
*) Guided Bus Tour, starting @ 0930 and
afternoon Tour starting @13.30 – please ensure that you are there 15 minutes
before the departure time. Your guide will meet you and the group at the
meeting point. This tour will take the group to see views of the Grand Harbour
from Fort St. Michael in Senglea where one can admire the fortifications of
Valletta. After a short while the group will proceed to the historic town of
Birgu, which is where the Knight’s of St. John originally settled when they
came to Malta in 1530. An explained walk around the town will highlight the
various places of historical importance like Vittoriosa square, where it is
told that the Great Siege of 1565 ended, and the Inquisitor’s palace.
